The roof and wall can be made of composite panel or veneer.
Galvanized sheet metal can prevent rust and corrosion. The use of
self-tapping screw can make the connection between the plates more
closely, to prevent leakage. Composite panel for roof and wall can
also be used in our system such as polystyrene, glass fiber, rock
wool, polyurethane sandwich panel which have good thermal
insulation, heat insulation, fire-retardant performace. The wall of
the steel structure maintenance also can use brick wall.
The usage scale includes large-scale workshop, or warehouse,
supermarkets, entertainment centers and modular steel structure
garage.
Features:
1. The main frame (columns and beams) is made of welded H-style
steel.
2. The columns are connected with the foundation by pre-embedding
anchor bolt.
3. The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high
intensity bolts.
4. The envelop construction net is made of cold form C-style
purlins.
5. The wall and roof are made of color steel board or color steel
sandwich panels, which are connected with the purlin by

into: material preparation →cutting→ assembling→ welding→ drilling → assembly →
correction → shot blasting and rust removal → painting → number
→component acceptance ex-factory. In the steel structure production, according to the steel
structure production process flow, grasp the key processes for
quality control, such as control of key parts processing, main
components of the process, measures, processing equipment, process
equipment, etc. Each processing part, we can have strict inspection
specifications. Welding engineering is the most important link in
steel structure fabrication and installation engineering.
For the welding, We have our qualified CWI welding inspector to control the quality
according to AWS-D1.1/D1.5 welding quality system. Spot welding
strictly weld according to ASW welding quality system.
